When you send a booking enquiry, we collect the details you provide — your name, contact details, suburb, and vehicle information — solely to respond to your enquiry and carry out the work you've asked about.

We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. Vehicle and service records are kept as part of your service history so we can look after your car properly over time.

Invoices and payments are processed through our accounting provider (Xero) and its payment partners; their handling of payment data is governed by their own privacy policies.
